Frequently asked questions

How long does a hire take?

It depends on selection and the applicable formalities. After assessing the role, we prepare a timeline by stage. This route requires advance planning.

How are practical and language skills checked?

We agree observable requirements, an interview and, where appropriate, a practical check. Profiles distinguish reported, verified and outstanding information. Any language training needs are defined before onboarding.

What if the project does not go ahead?

We review the project status and agree next steps: close the process, adjust the search or present new profiles, in line with the written agreement.

Do you work with other European countries?

Yes, we accept enquiries across Europe. Feasibility and available support are confirmed for each destination; Spanish requirements do not automatically apply elsewhere.
