When local recruitment is required

The current shortage occupation list and any need for local recruitment are checked. In Catalonia, the vacancy is handled through SOC.

  1. Advertise the role
  2. Screen applicants and report results
  3. Obtain a shortage certificate, if eligible

The certificate supports the permit application; it is not the permit.
